Weekly Support Groups

• Thursday's, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - a co-dependency support group.

• Wednesday Evenings, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., "Victorious Christian Recovery" is a FREE inter-denomination, Christ based twelve step program where persons who are suffering from addictions or compulsions can find support from Christians who have been where they are and are presently walking in victory. • Wednesday Evenings, 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., "Anger Management Group" An eight week course starting June 21, 2006. Includes professional instruction and group activities to promote reduction in general levels of anger, increased use of successful coping strategies, reduction in frequency of agressive behaviors, and incrases in assertiveness, self-esteem, and coping ability. Class size is limited so call soon to set an appointment for free assessment interview with Roger Sherrill.

• Champions Christian Counseling Center is conducting treatment and counseling for eating disorders. The counseling will focus on eating in a way that puts God first and address the underlying psychological issues that drive an eating disorder. For more information, call 281-357-4111.
